Allow creation of saved searches in the mobile app

As a mobile user I currently have to open the Explorer client on my desktop to create saved searches that are acceessible in the mobile app. I would like to be able to create these in the mobile app itself.

    Saved Searches in Meridian Explorer are now available in Meridian Mobile. See attached screenshots for examples.
