Upload documents in Meridian Explorer

As a vxMaintain, vxField, MaintenanceConnection worker I want to upload document in Meridian Explorer. Meridian Explorer is the single repository for my technical documentation. As a Field Technician, Maintenance Engineer or RMO Worker I need to be able to upload technical documents, i.e. punch lists, work reports, damage reports, certificates, situation pictures in Meridian Explorer.
