Ability to rearrange properties (both custom and standard) on a page and remove whitespace

Currently, as with on-prem, not showing properties can leave lots of whitespace which looks really untidy and takes up unneccessary real-estate. Hiding a property on a document type should not leave whitespace behind.

Similarly if I hide all properties a particular section, then the empty section with it's header is still displayed. If this cannot be hidden then the sections should be less granular, such a DOCUMENT DETAILS, LOCATION DETAILS, CLASSIFICATION for example.

I also have no control over where properties appear. For example the REVISION PURPOSE property is great since you prompt for it when a project copy is taken, however in our case the customer wants this to be renamed to CHANGE NUMBER which is obviously something we can easily do and have done.

However, on the properties of the document, we also need to show a CHANGE TYPE value which we have created as a custom lookup list. The issue is that these 2 related pieces of information appear in completely different areas of the page and I cannot move them together.

This is one example however there are lots of other instances where for logistical reasons, I would want a particular property to appear in a specific place. Another example might be that I add a required custom property and it sits right down at the bottom of the page and I have to scroll to fill it in. But I could be scrolling past 20 fields of optional, rarely used metadata, to get to a required field. I should have the ability to at a minimum, show these properties in another section higher up the page.

Yes, we are aware of the white space issue and are investigating on how to remove it. Same with the headers of entire section.
