Longer time pop-up window when hovering over a value in Explorer

Wait for Consensus on Reject
Currently when it is required to reject in a document workflow this ends the workflow instantly and prevents other memebers from applying comments before the workflow ends. Suggest that the reject waits for consensus before rejecting the workflow ...
