Allow multiples users creating PDFtron markups in Power WEB

Using Power web, if 2 users start creating pdftron comments same time same document, only the one who saved last will have the comments saved, other users will save the comments but will lose it, creating the feeling the system doesn't save the comments or the systems is deleting it.

In Portal m360, using the same PDFTRON, if 2 users start commenting at same time they will end up with both comments saved, nothing is lost.

Is there any plans to have similar system in power web?

As also described in SR-5892.

COMMENTS: Rudi Pieters Jul 10, 2018 We plan to fix this in BCME 2019, but that may be by blocking concurrent markups. irineu.silva@bluecieloecm.com Sep 14, 2018 blocking is ok as long we have a clue who is blocking Vishal Saraf Nov 14, 2018 We face the same issue while using redlining with AutoVue. It would be great if concurrent markups are possible. If not, then at least a message on screen to inform the user that someone else (preferably with the users username) has opened the file for markup. So the current user can try again later.
