Add information to Portal Account management notifications

Please provide site name on every Portal notification.


As an exemple, when the Administrator disable accounts on portal, a notification is automatically sent to the affected users.

The notification only provides informations that the account was disabled and the name of the Administrator that performed the task.

There are no mention of the Portal site name that is affected.

If a contractor has been connected to multiple tenants, they may be confused and not know which one was actually disabled.
