As a system administrator, I would like to develop an interface for Meridian's user database, to be able to add, delete and modify users or groups.

Today, the customer uses the database handled by Meridian (ICUser.mdb)
So, said that we have 2 questions:

1 - Will this database be replaced by another user management in a near future?
2 - If not, would be possible do provide an API to manage Meridian users / Groups?
