Report to identify watermark that is not according to the document properties

Submitted by Claudio Gularte on behalf of Jason McCracken,

Change Description:

Report identifying renditions watermark that is not according to the document properties.

Expected result / Actual Result:

How to know that all my "APPROVED" drawings had its renditions updated with an "APPROVED" watermark? Meridian must have a report to show that. The report must be changeable so I can choose which document property to check inside the rendition

Renditions with APPORVED watermark stamps can be created after the approval step in the workflow. When the rendition is made the document is locked by the rendition server. When the rendition is ready the document is unlocked. The Modified time stamp will show the date and the document status will show the state.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

Can you tell me a little bit about the reasons that prompted this suggestion?

Is this suggestion for auditing purposes?

The reason I ask is because Meridian applies the watermarks with the controlled metadata that is configured within the forms. Also, if something goes wrong with the rendering/publishing process errors are reported.
