Customer Forum

We used to have a customer forum where we could exchange tips and tricks and Q&A.  Maybe I just don't know where to look.  This is Idea Forum.  Not sure that it is the same.  I have questions, not sure if it's already a Meridian feature or if someone as a way to accomplish it, mor if it's a bug or...  Is this the place to post this?  I'm talking something like the Autodesk Forum where you can find lots of info and solutions.

    We have looked at the possibilities and have the following entry points for ideas, suggestions, questions and issues for customers and partners.

    1. The primary location for ideas and questions in this Ideas Portal

    2. The primary location for issues is the Support Portal

    When it turns out that an Idea is planned, or an issue then it will be 'Promoted' to a Story or Epic. Epics and Stories are part of the Roadmap planning.

    This is a much bigger discussion than a new feature and have posed the question to the Product Management group.
