Make changes to the database so that collection / saved search names do no have to be unique

This should be a fairly simple change to add a new column to the DB table that stores collections/searches that concatenates some key fields such as user name, collection/search name, vault name, plant code? and set this as the field that must be unique.

    Improvements on collections are planned for Meridian 2022.
