it should be considered to make it so that users can execute actions by clicking as less as possible.

This should be considered for the top menu bar but also for the right click bar if possible.

Example: to open a document you need to the Edit section, press the arrow next to download document and then make the selection to open the document in some way. Since there is more than enough space on the main menu those subactions should be directly accessible from there.

Even better would be that users or admins could choose which commands can be directly accessible.
