Viewing and removing subscriptions - Easier Administrator cleanup

Some of our customers have over 50k entries in de Subscription database.  Cleaning up old subscription should be more easily.

- Remove documents which no longer can be found

- Remove documents which are in a specific status and so can never be in a workflow anymore

- Remove subscription of users which no longer have access to Meridian

Now a total number of items per page are shown in the subscription viewer (you can increase the total of shown items, but going for too much will take a very long loading time)

Sorting on a column only sorts the current page and not all the subscription from the database.

There are not enough options to filter on/with

You can filter on

- Vault Path

- User Name

-  Note

You should be able to provide a part of the value (wildcard search)

Filter on ObjectName/ObjectPath

Kind regards,

    Hi,

I've just discussed this which with the customer. In Meridian 2021R3 still no tool for this. Any update on what future consideration is in this matter?

    Yes, correct.

The option to delete subscription of documents with a specific document status/workfow status. This can be done indeed by selecting a batch of documents and unsubscripe all of them.

As I understand the request, this could be covered by:

    • A cleanup tool which removes subscriptions of deleted documents or users no longer in the user database.

    • The option to select a batch of documents and unsubscribe oneself or all users.

    Correct?
