Add My subscriptions to the Scopes options

We want to hide "My subscriptions" in the Meridian PowerWeb client because this function is not used by the customer.

Please add this to the scope functionality so it can be made hidden.

    We're also being asked for this feature, Subscriptions are not used very often and having the command available just encourages users to click it.
