Enable the alternative drop-down control also for FPR and table related drop-down lists

The type-ahead function for lookup lists in Meridian 2018R2 works good but is quite useless when it only applies to properties that are bound to a lookup list. Most of the time extensive lists are bound to a table or folders in the FPR.
Please enable type-ahead functionality for all drop-down lists.
