As a Meridian administrator, I would like to restrict the report execution by folder

-- Issue Description

There isn't a way to configure a report, in a way that isn't possible to execute it in the root level of the vault, depending on the report size, it hangs te vault for all users.

-- Expected Result

A friendly setting to determine a report root level, limiting it's execution.

      So you are suggesting a possible prompt if the # of items exceeds a particular #? Would this provide a way of cancelling out if the # of too large?
