Explorer hidden document list

many new users report unable to view documents and its because the document list is hidden under the preview pane. The document list should always be visible! Users should not have to be trained to drag the bar down....

    yes for new users but also even my self, if I dock my laptop and have a big screen then take the laptop to go or use a smaller screen resolution this problem persists and one must readjust the preview window. It’s a little bit annoying but not impossible. other users have the problem but it is usually the new users that i have to train how to resolve the issue. It’s not quite intuitive.

    Indeed.... So the issue is the default position of the separator for new users, correct?
