Allow stream files to be split across multiple drives for large vaults

    This is really a TOp one. We're running a vault now for 10 years and every now and then we bounced windows limitations. Just consider we need to restore this ones.. It will take huge amount of time we can not effort. Please raise this on the agenda, as for us its critical to keep restoring times in SLA

    yes, i agree, vault gets slower the more files are in there
