BlueCielo Explorer Client to have overlay option like BlueBeam software

Clients have mentioned how they would like to have an overly feature to see 1st level and 2nd level together etc. piping, walls, and such locations.

    The current implementation of PDFTron for visualizing and marking up renditions takes care of this.
