There should be an option to start a External Workflow for documents that are not approved. And/Or at least a filter option in "Built report" to search for all documents assigned for External Workflow who haven't been approved (yet).
In the beginning of our projects i assign a lot of document dummy's to external party's. So i am unable to view all of our documents that are on our external party side which haven't approved.
