For the Approval Reasons, which are available to the person reviewing of approving a document where the user is asked to select one of the values as configured, it would be extremely valuable to have 2 separate "approval reasons" lookup lists to cater for the 2 relevant workflow stages where a reason is required........eg for the REVIEW Stage and the APPROVAL Stage.
Essentially having:
ONE Lookup list of "reason" for the REVIEW Stage
ONE Lookup list of "reason" for the APPROVAL Stage
Alternatively (or in addition) it would be extremely beneficial for this field to be set as "blank" by default and force end users to select a "reason" for signing
(all within life science envs if these capabilities are active of course)
This would avoid end users automatically just selecting the pre-populated items that appears as default

Excellent idea. We plan to implement this request as part of the distribution matrix. Currently the distribution matrix only has the lookup list for the reviewers and lead reviewers. It needs to be extended with a lookup list for approvers. At the moment the distribution matrix is only used in Portal; In your case this needs to be extended to Power.
