Ability to Unlock another user's document in bulk.

Sometimes when a person or project has a large number of files out for editing, they may be transferred off the project or otherwise unavailable.  At that point a Document control person may need to unlock the files from that user's workspace and reassign them to another user.  This request is to allow the Document control person to unlock multiple files at one time, rather than going  through them one-by-one.
