No thumbnails and other differences in open dialog when using remote mode.

When you use the "Open" dialog, on remote mode, you see some differences when compared to Online, like:

- PWC does not show thumbnail-Info
- PWC does not show attribute columns

Would be possible to improve this, and show the missing items on remote mode?
