save or open dialog from within application integration should include Custom Workflow and Scopes

Custom Workflow is available in R2 starting the opening process from within PWC but not coming out of the Application.

Scopes are not visible if opening a document from within an Applicaiton

      It should be possible to use scopes opening a document comming from an application like AutoCAD and others.

      is especially important when using dynamic scopes, for example to limit the number of visible projects.
