Previously in Meridian 2013, there was a property "LastSynchronization" in PowerUser which was used to store the latest time that a document was synchronized in Explorer. However, this is depreciated in Meridian 2018.

Now, we would like to request for a tool to find all documents which are not in sync in Explorer at a given time. This tool can:
1 - Search for the documents that were updated recently
2 - Add the documents found to a static collection for review/reporting
