Unclear for users: Click the Close button to return to the first available page or click here to go to vault selection page
In case an error occurs in the Meridian PowerWeb , like: The RPC server is unavailable, it should be more clear what the user should do.
Instead of only a Close button and the tiny "here" link in the text you might rather would like to have two different buttons. perhaps something like Retry or Home ?
Retry just refreshes the screen to try again and Home is the same what "here" would do. Some users miss the "here" link and keep pressing the Close button.

Agree that this dialog can be improved.
In this particular example a 'Home' button would not work because the EDM server is down. We will investigate if we can adapt the options in the dialog to the error, but I expect that would be difficult to do in general.
