Can the setting for WorkSpaceDB be changed to default 8. So SQLLite is the default connection type after installation?

After installing Meridian 2021R2 the default still is 0, causing the SiteCache giving an error LocalDB update failed (SSCE3.5 error) when trying to download a document. Download still works but you have the error in Sitecache log.
