In Explorer 2020, when either Meridian client or meridian Cloud connector is installed, the new "Download to folder" command should also download outgoing references (i.e : AutoCAD External References).
At least, users should have the option to download the references to the selected folder.

Ideally, it should also work without any client installation.

The standard Download command does the job when the client is installed but browsing the local workspace is not easy for basic users.
