Use document file name for Document title property for batch 'Import Documents' function

As a Meridian Power user I want to imports multiple documents with the New -> Import Documents function. The Document Title property of all documents will get the property value of the first document in the batch. For a batch import of documents, I think it is better to use the Document File Name as the mandatory Document Title field.

    The document file name is now imported in the internal Imported From property

    The File Name is lost if we switch the default from Manual Numbering to Automatic Numbering. It would be good to maintain the File Name when Automatic Numbering is selected or when it becomes the default

    We use the file name for documnt number at the moment, but not for title for facility document. We will consider this for a future release if enough people are looking for similar functionality
