Ability for administrator to set default global user preferences

Hi,

It would be very beneficial for customer administrators to be able to set the default user preferences globally, especially:

Current time zone
Language
Locale

You should at least be able to have defaults set for when you invite a new user.

Hi Coen,

If these settings could be set globally by the administrator in the Portal settings, that would be ideal.

Thank you for submitting your idea. Can you elaborate a little bit more on the default user preferences? How would you like to set the time zone, language, and locale? The same for all users, per tenant, per user or otherwise?
