We like to see a mailheader of the mail returned from the exchange server, or more detail (we know that a user can be excluded when there are more notifications failing, but we can not see this).
We halve multiple issues that invites or notifications a not reaching the recipient (while other mails to the same recipient) does not show any problem.
And no... SPAM box is checked...
