New Review package notification

Would be good to have a new notification for completed review packages.

Currently users need to access the system and filter packages to find the completed ones.

The problem is that user never know when Portal has new completed packages so they need to investigate it mannualy few times a day.

    Please note that this request will be fulfilled with our 2022.3 release: a new notification for completed review packages will be sent to the review team. This can be unselected in the mail notifications in the user profile .
