As an Explorer user, I would like to have the ability to download multiple documents (batch) without SQL Compact installed.

Submitted by Juliano Correa on behalf of Tom van Koeveringe

Issue Description
My customer will not install SQL compact on their workstations, and would like to have the ability to download in batch from Explorer without SQLCE.

Nowadays, if you do not have SQLCE and try to download a batch, Internet Explorer tries to download a "BatchList.awd" file see screenshot.

Could you please change this requirement, and make possible to download in batch from Explorer without SQLCE installed?

Explorer Client users' ability to download multiple documents ( or batch download documents) onto local desktop using Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge browser?

What is the timeline for a solution to have this essential ability for Meridian Explorer Client users?

Considering that the status is planned, can there a bit more detailed provided - does planned mean sometime in the next decade?

Is there a timeframe for this?  This is becoming a showstopper for us.
