Notification via email or pop up style chat that we have something to review or approve in "My To Do List". Meridian Production Server (formerly Blue Cielo).

You don't have to worry about telling someone that you sent them something for review or approval. If they still don't respond well you can always reassign.

    Notification to todo persons on workflow state changes can be configured. So moving the document in workflow will trigger emails to the new todo persons.
