Track when attributes are changed

The system currently tracks every change made to a document but ignores when attributes are changed. This can be an issue when attributes are synced to the file and then we have no indication that a change was made or who made the change.

    If there would be record in the document log that attribute values were changed in the file, would that cover this wish?
