It's a message to let the user know what is happening. As I wrote before, the message here is "content is being modified in ". This message is meant to inform the user that the document is not being downloaded again/opened from the vault, but from the user's LWS folder, since it's a copy more recent of the document from the one that's stored in the vault. As for the command invoked, it's expected and just the way that the system works. If you wish this message to be changed from a warning to an information message, please log a new change request in our Ideas Portal. Regarding this case, do you still have any question that we may help you with? Is there any issue happening that involves this message?

Rudi Pieters Jul 27, 2018 Hi Frank, sometimes it's useful to trace back what has happened, even is there is no error. Can you explain your main concern(s)? Is it about the size of the log, about seeing too many entries when viewing the log, or others?
