PowerWeb create icon to indicate document is locked on another user's local workspace

In PU you see a locked icon when a document is locked on another user's local workspace. In PowerWeb you have to click on a document to see if it's locked on another user's local wokspace.

Like in PU, use the locked icon in Powerweb. See attached screen shot for details.

      In PowerWeb you can see this by hovering over the workflow icon. Would this address the issue?
