The current sync-unlock unlock tool works with PU and DCOM and not with PowerWeb.
Please add the functionality to the SiteCache client.
It should be able to capture a user-logout/system shutdown and proceed with the following actions:

- Sync LWS

- Remove all documents from LWS (optional, but needed in some cases).

- Unlock all documents locked by the active user.  

Of cause it should be webbased (using HTTP/s webservices).
