A lot of customers these days have implemented load balancing devices like Citrix Netscaler. It is a very common question amongst these customers is "Can Explorer Client and PowerWeb websites be load balanced using these devices?" Currently, the official response is that it is not supported.

I think it is important that the development of the web interfaces keep up with the latest technologies and support the architecture that customers are deploying these days.
