Questions regarding modern browsers and product roadmap

Questions:

With regards to modern browser support for PowerWeb and Explorer, I believe that they are supported with the main caveat of the Viewer and I believe there are limitations for Site Cache.
Could you let me know the details around Site Cache?

From what I have been reading and been told PDFTron and Adobe Acrobat can be used for PDF files without issues. However when it comes to Native files, then ActiveX is required which limits to the use of IE. I have been told that you are working on an Integration with AutoDesk Forge which will add support for CAD files. As this is a cloud based solution, do you have any alternatives to this so that the Viewer does not rely on the Cloud?

Finally, do you have any plans for a viewer for Office documents that is supported in the modern browsers?

    COMMENTS:

Rudi Pieters Feb 5, 2019 Our strategy is to use continuous rendering and PDFTron for 2D formats (DWG, DGN and Office) and Forge for other CAD formats. Support for using the Forge service in an on-prem installation is under consideration.
