Fix a Package from Portal which Fail in the Property Validation

- Because of failed validation checks on Import from Portal resulting from Title attributes being >32 characters, we had no way to finish the import from Portal to Meridian.

It's necessary to have a feature to allow to fix the package or send it back to the contractor.

    What are the validations configured? Which validation cannot be configured in Portal now?

    It seems more logical to me to expand the Portal validation options and catch the problem at the root.
