Display a .JPG in Explorer and Powerweb without the need to use the native ActiveX viewer.

Currently, image files such as .JPGs can only be viewed in Explorer and Powerweb using an ActiveX control. This restricts the ability of non-Internet Explorer browsers to view these files which could quite easily be rendered natively on the browser. Our organization manages thousands of project photos in Meridian and the only way for our Chrome and Firefox users to view them to download them.

The idea is to have the option to view image files such as JPGs in all browsers without using ActiveX.
